This site and our training programs are operated by JLaw Bball INC (“JLaw,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 40 Tesla, Irvine, CA 92618. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you give us and information collected automatically when you use the site:

• Contact details you provide: your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and your name.
• Purchase and account data when you buy a program or join the membership, including order history and the products you own.
• Usage and device data such as pages viewed, links clicked, browser type, and general location, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
• Marketing and analytics identifiers, including advertising click identifiers and cookies set by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google.

• To deliver the products, programs, and membership you sign up for, and to provide customer support.
• To send you marketing emails and text messages where you have given consent, including the free training series you opt into.
• To measure and improve our content, our offers, and our advertising through analytics.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share online identifiers (such as cookie and advertising IDs) with advertising and analytics partners like Meta and Google so we can measure and improve our advertising. California law may treat that sharing as a “sale” or “share,” and you can opt out at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer. We also share information with service providers that run parts of our business, including:

• Kajabi, for checkout, course and membership hosting, and order processing.
• Klaviyo, for email and SMS marketing and the automated messages you opt into.
• Meta and Google, for advertising and analytics.
• Stripe and Kajabi Payments, for processing payments. We never see or store your full card number.

These providers handle your data under their own terms and only for the purposes described here.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an order or membership you hold.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. This includes pixels and cookies from Meta and Google. You can opt out of advertising and analytics cookies at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, or control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using it for certain purposes. To make a request, email us at training@jordanlawley.com and we will respond as required by law.

The site and our online programs are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. For in-person camps and clinics that involve minors, registration and any related information are handled by a parent or legal guardian.
