What 14 weeks actually looks like, and how we measure it.

    Day 1. The baseline.

    You log your starting numbers: shot percentage, handle, vertical, and lateral quickness. Everything that follows is measured against this, so progress shows up in numbers, not vibes.

  2. 02

    Weeks 1 to 4. Foundation.

    Form shooting, footwork, ball handling levels 1 to 3, strength setup. Habits get built before load, so the foundation holds when the intensity climbs.

  3. 03

    Weeks 5 to 8. Build.

    The progression intensifies. Ball handling 4 to 6, shooting reps doubled, strength load climbs. The volume goes up as the foundation earns it.

  4. 04

    Weeks 9 to 12. Pressure.

    Live-action drills, game-speed reps, scenario training. The work meets the game, so the gains show up where they actually count.

  5. 05

    Day 70. The re-test.

    Same tests as Day 1. You see exactly what moved between Day 1 and Day 70 on the same metrics. The numbers earn the next step.
