Just finished this program. No doubt this is an excellent transformation plan, no matter your goal is to gain some muscle or improve your athletic performance. At the beginning 10 days, I found this was so tough that I wanted to give up several times. As process went, I found my body started to adapt mechanism of those moves. And I did see the result on the court. It took me 8 weeks to finish. As a result, I gained 6lbs muscle and reduced 2.7% body fat. Other than that, my endurance and stability were improved. I think this transformation is benificial to anyone who wants to improve their athleticism. Thank you Jordan Lawley for answering my questions patiently and providing this plan.
